About Finance Dog

FinanceDog is a project of Financial Intelligence, LLC.

Our work is based on the best-selling book “Financial Intelligence: A Manager’s Guide to Knowing What the Numbers Really Mean,” (Harvard Business Press) co-authored by Karen Berman and Joe Knight, and named one of “The 100 Best Business Books of All Time.”

The success of “Financial Intelligence” and its approach to teaching finance led Karen and Joe to develop this website to provide low-cost training tools and other resources so that managers can master the basics of finance. Karen’s and Joe’s philosophy is that you should understand how financial success is measured and how you make an impact on your organization’s financial results.
